What is the Uplift
Project about?

Uplift is a global project which aims at helping everyone looking for opportunities to leverage their knowledge, skills, and potential to higher levels.

  • It is free of cost and primarily aimed at students
  • It offers training programs in technical skills, eg. AI, ML, Full Stack Dev.
  • It offers training programs in soft skills, eg. Public Speaking, Leadership.
  • This is the second edition of this project under the umbrella of Girlscript Foundation.

When are Registrations beginning?

For Mentors, Applications will out on 1st May 2021 and for Participants on 12th May 2021

What are the Application Deadlines?

25th May 2021 is the deadline for the Participants' Applications and 15th May 2021 for Mentors' Applications.

What if I cross the deadline? Can I apply even after deadlines?

If you cross the deadline, you are not able to apply for this year’s program. But hold your breath and wait for next year.

What is Discord?

Discord is a communication platform where you can communicate with your mentors and clear your doubts as well.

Who all are eligible to participate?

Anybody who is willing to learn new skills and willing to mentor the participants are eligible to participate.

Is there any application/registration fee?

No, it is free for all.

Is there any age limit for participation?

No, there is no age limit. Anybody can apply for this program before the deadlines.

Is this only for technical domain people?

This program is for both technical and non-technical areas.

What are the prizes and perks for winning?

Certificates will be provided to your registered mail ID.

What minimum conditions should the project satisfy?

This will be decided by your Mentor/Team Leader/Moderator based on their knowledge.

When will the results publish?

Results will be published on 2nd September.

Is this program only for girls?

Both boys and girls are eligible for this program.

As a beginner, from where do we start to contribute in the projects?

Knowing and assuming you as a beginner, the mentor will help you throughout the project.

How will I know about my selection?

You will get mail from us, If you get selected.

How will I and my team communicate with my mentors?

You can communicate through discord channels and can clear your doubts by messaging, calling or video conference calling.

How long will this program be active?

The program starts on 5th June and ends on 15th September. All the best.
